Featured Paper Blog Hop-Fresh Air

Hello Friends!

Welcome to our Featured Paper Blog Hop! We will be showcasing items from our Fresh Air Paper Pack with various projects created by talented Close to my Heart Consultants. If you are visiting from Kathleen Androlewicz blog then you are on the right track, if not please start at the CTMH hostess Carol Loftus.

I have a confession, I am a paper hoarder, fabric lover and crafter I suppose that is really not a surprise for anyone that has walked into my craft room.  Some papers and fabrics are harder to cut into than others and this paper pack is one of those hard to cut into. Check out the wonderful designs.

I love all of these papers especially the beautiful wood grain. Ok, I said it! I cant cut into this I tried. I really did try, I held it in my hands I put it into the paper trimmer but I just couldn’t make that first cut. So, until I order yet another pack so I have to hoard it until just the right time!

Instead for my project this month I used the double sided leaf print with juniper cardstock and toffee. I created a cute box for my latest jewelry project.  I hope you enjoy my creative process I have lots of the elements placed out on the table before I make the final decision. Oh, and I make it with retired papers before I make the final project I am so happy with this little box I plan on making several and having them stacked and ready to fill as I finish my jewelry pieces.

I used my favorite tools my Cricut and  Close to my Heart Artistry collection I created a box and sized it to fit my latest polymer clay creations. I hope you like this! Oh yes, I used some of the really cute wood shapes and burlap ribbon for a drawer pull. This will make an excellent gift or in my case packaging for sales.

Thanks for looking check out  Carol Loftus blog entry to close the circle. Until next time keep creating… Ramona
